Ordered a wrist corsage for my son to gift to my daughter for her formal. The flowers were nice enough but did not come with any elastic for the wrist!
I rang the florist to be advised there was extra long ribbon that could be wrapped around the wrist. I had already tried this and the ribbon needed to be tied so tight that it cut off circulation and with the weight of the flowers they would not stay put. The florist told me that she had never made a wrist corsage with elastic (yes, really) and to pin the corsage to dress. I explained I had specifically ordered a wrist corsage as the corsage could not be pinned as the dress was completely covered in sequins. The florist then asked if I hat elastic and to sew on myself! When I advised that I did not, she said, 'Well, I can't help you then'. Terrible customer service. No further business from me. Take your business elsewhere.

The business is now located at Cremorne. The actual car hire was reasonable. The nightmare was trying to get the $4,900- bond that was taken out of my account, to be credited back into my account. It took one calendar month and countless phone calls by myself and my husband. We both heard many excuses and we were made broken promises by them. The business is run very unprofessionally and I could not recommend them to anyone.

I had my wedding dress altered here twice by Lydia, once to take it up and two weeks later to take in after losing some pre-wedding weight. The extensive alterations were very reasonably priced for a 5 layer complex wedding gown at $300- for both alterations. My fiance's wedding tuxedo trousers were also taken in and dry cleaned for $70- after receiving a quote from a city tailors for $180- without dry cleaning. Lydia is friendly, funny, super efficient and very well priced. I would not hesitate to recommend her services.
