I purchased a Garmin Fenix 7 Pro watch. Upon unboxing and turning it on, I noticed that the screen was extremely dull and dark, making it unusable. I contacted the supplier immediately, hoping to exchange the watch, but they refused, claiming that since I had turned it on, I couldn't return it. I am highly disappointed, especially considering the watch's price of $1300. Consequently, I had to resort to selling the watch on Gumtree. I strongly advise against purchasing from this website, as they falsely claim to offer 30-day exchanges, which is not the case.

As I have explained to you, once watches are used we can't resell them as new and we take pride in only delivering brand-new unused watches to customers as you have received. The watch you purchased is one of the most popular and highly rated watches. This is a top-of-the-range watch used by athletes and fitness enthusiasts around the world. We have recommended you change the settings in the watch to make the screen brighter and more functional but you didn't seem to want to entertain our recommendations which would make a big difference. We also have a long article about the pro and cons of the different screen types the watches have on our website. Our return policy is also clearly stated on our website which says "the items must not have been turned on, worn and/or personal data entered. " Our policy is the same as most other retailers including Garmin. As a small business, it is disappointing to receive a review like this when we were not contacted to answer any questions about the product pre-purchase and we simply delivered the product ordered.
