I'm guessing the way forward for your Frankston store has come down to refusing to serve someone (us) just because someone else pushed in.

This happened to us this morning and we were refused service because an Indian woman had pushed in before us.
We have been using your store in Frankston for 14 years but will no longer be!

Disgraceful behaviour from Frankston store.

Very accommodating when I had a last minute balloon inflation dequest. They were fully booked but fit me in helping me be less stressed for our event.

Maybe hire more staff for the front registers? Every time I come here you guys have 1 or 2 people and a huge line and your employees are always in bad moods.

I love Spotlight as a whole, and Frankston is one of the best ones around! Occasionally you'll get a grumpy/frustrated staff member, but overall they're all very nice and helpful, and even chatty!

Staff are lovely at this store. They help with opinions on fabrics, furnishings & any ideas you might have. The store is laid out well & generally pretty organised. They always have plenty of stock during sales & will look up other stores willingly to help you find the right item you desire. I went here to buy some fabric to use as a wall hanging only o discover there was 5 different designs & colours of the one fabric & pattern i was wanting. A lovely lady helped me decide which would look good, which my partner would like & which would suit the idea i needed the fabric for.

I went here looking for a pattern and material for some work pants and I found everything I needed. I don't sew so I had no idea of what I was doing (my sister-in-law is going to do the sewing) and the staff member that helped us was fantastic. She took the time to look over the pattern I'd chosen and check that the material I picked was alright, she found the best elastic and gave other useful advice.

Overall, the assistance we received was awesome

I am an absolute newbie when it comes to sewing. With trepidation, I located a pattern and some material and then sought the advice of the assistant about whether the pattern was the right size, the material appropriate and how much to purchase. The service was outstanding, in spite of being a busy time with copious customers, the patient and friendly assistant took time to help and advise and encourage me in my project - even suggested I could come back if I get stuck. On top of that I got a discount! I am really impressed with the time and effort taken to help and will return again and again.
