Bought a sewing machine from this store. Had it for 2 days unopened. Had issues with last one I had and bought this by mistake. Tried to take it back for a refund. Said don't do refunds but can give store credit. Im confused. Why is ok for them to take the machine back for a store credit but not a refund?? Its not like I used it. Box wasn't even opened. This is such unbelievable rubbish. Id love an explanation for this messed up decision!!

i purchased a carpet from this store about a week later i decided i love the carpet and want to get other one that store had none left so to gosford to match it no luck rang stop at tuggeraggh they rang the supplier from victoria order one week i had it how great was that and it was still on special

I hate to be negative about a business so I will start on a positive note, this store has a very good range of craft materials and fabric for furnishings and garment making (although it is hard to find quality). Unfortunately the store has branched into home wares some years back and it is always over stocked and messy. It is very hard to find a staff member to find items and some are not that helpful. I try to avoid going there as the whole atmosphere of the store puts me off.

Staff are friendly and polite. Do not always have the products that are advertised in the catalog. Front of the store looks untidy.

Has everything you could possible want for your home or hobby. Service is by number system, but not too bad a wait. The staff are friendly and warm, I love this place.
