Bought a sewing machine from this store. Had it for 2 days unopened. Had issues with last one I had and bought this by mistake. Tried to take it back for a refund. Said don't do refunds but can give store credit. Im confused. Why is ok for them to take the machine back for a store credit but not a refund?? Its not like I used it. Box wasn't even opened. This is such unbelievable rubbish. Id love an explanation for this messed up decision!!
