I spend half year in Australia and was struggling to find an osteopath here to keep looking after my spin and several minor injuries here and there, after several tries all around, I am very happy to have found Josh Wood. He has been really helpful for me. I highly recommend him if you have an issue or also as prevention.

After years of not getting anywhere with my back problems I have found a skilled practitioner who listens to what I am saying and who provides me with information about what he is doing and why. Not only has my back improved but I have a better understanding about what I am doing that impacts on my back and how I can change it.

Spring Osteo saved me when I was in my final trimester and in so much pain with my back- lifesavers.

I've been to my fair share of remedial massage therapists and osteopaths. Jing (massage) and Amanda (osteo) are pretty awesome. I am phobic about getting my neck cracked and Amanda was creative in finding ways to relieve pressure on my upper neck and back whilst keeping me calm. Patient and effective, what more can I ask from these two!

I was referred to Spring Osteo by a friend who had been here before. As a big believer in physio, I was apprehensive about going to an osteo. I was in a lot of pain so decided I'd go in with an open mind and give it a try. I was able to get an appointment with Sam the very same day and was astounded by the results! The following day, I received a phone call from Sam asking how I was feeling. I am definitely now a big believer in Osteopathy and will never see a physiotherapist or chiropractor again. Very highly recommended!

Have been seeing Nick at Spring Osteo for many years and can honestly say I have never been to anyone who has helped me more in terms of chronic joint pain and just one off "slept badly" aches and pains. Am a big believer in holistic health and have lost all faith in conventional medicine. Would (and have) recommended to many people!!

Went in for neck & shoulder problems and was treated by Sam. Never seen an Osteo before so I have no basis for comparison (have previously seen Chiro in the past), so all I can review is my own experience.
In the morning before I went I couldn't lift my arm or turn my head with its usual range of movement or without pain due to ongoing health issues. By the end of my session I had a wider range of movement and the pain was gone.
Sam was professional, informative and sensitive to my individual needs, and gave great advice on exercises to perform in between sessions.
I look forward to returning for regular sessions.

I went to Andrea the Naturopath and she is has done wonderful things for me. I had anxiety issues along with gastric problems and she was a really caring listener to all I said. She looked at ALL the symptoms and ordered tests. We are working on the reulsts which showed infestations of parasites and a bacteria and I am on the way to recovery and the anxiety has settled as well. I can highly reccomend Andrea for treatment. Some of the tests can be pricey but well worth while as they test for so much more that others do. If I had not had them done we could still be battling against health issues and wondering why. I have no doubt we would have come to a resolution eventually but this has helped us work towards that earlier. Andrea is not pushy in any way and is very gentle. From calling up to leaving the door....5 stars!!! Was made to feel comfortable and relaxed after having some concerns, would recommend it to anyone!!!

I am a remedial therapist and am very fussy when it comes to Osteo/Chiro/Massage treatments. I have seen Lot's of therapists in Melbourne and can honestly say that the treatments I have received at spring Osteo are rare to come by. I like Lot's of hands on work to complement any adjustments and they have the perfect combo. Most therapist now days Rush you in and out . This is not the case at Spring. I only hope they don't get too busy to see me and continue providing this quality of care.

I have seen several osteopaths over the years and Id say Nick is certainly up there with the best. He is equally competent and personable (not to mention quite handsome ladies!). Reception staff are also very efficient and friendly and this should never be overlooked in choosing a practitioner. It is a great and cohesive team effort and I would highly recommend the services of Spring Osteo Clinic.

I have had alot of pain in my neck for a year or so and was getting other treatment twice a month and not getting anywhere. I have been three times since April and feel great! and can properly sleep at night!

Ive seen Nick the Osteopath for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. He is great. He did a comprehensive assessment and quick effective treatment. His advice on how to manage the problem is benefitial and practical. He only recommends follow up treatment if needed. Ive sent lots of people to Life Source and all their feedback has been positive.
