Very bad experience, will never recommend [redacted name] from Sri Choice (pvt) ltd. Though Sri Choice was $50 - $100 cheaper than others initially but proven too expensive now. Even if we ignore the unprofessional behavior of reaching 2 hours late, still the poor quality work and ZERO service. Battery is not working and permanent warning sign showing. some days later another issue popped up, alarm is beeping every minute with warning sign blinking. informed [redacted name] but replied couple of times to ask issue after that no action taken, neither call/msg replied nor problem resolved. Horrible experience with [redacted name] from Sri Choice (pvt) ltd.
Did a successful job, and could come at a time that suited my son.
Ricky and his assistant were very professional, respectful and efficient. They worked through very difficult weather, but got the job done.

Yes I did get Receipt after lot of follow up. In Australia ideally we should get receipt as soon as payment is made but Sric choice did not gave and it required rigorous following to get receipt of payment. Rather than fighting here please focus on addressing customer complaints. Still security alarm panel is showing warning sign and we are not even sure whether this security alarm will do it's job when required. I am not getting any pleasure writing here but l am left with no option.
You are the one who started this even I gave you reciept for the work . What should you really focus on is to made contact with us and get it fixed rather than posing online . Your bad attitude makes you worst and left you in a situation that you can't even ask any help from us . There's always one out of 100 those people
Haha....giving receipt after rigorous follow up is not a favor. Your bad product, zero service and arrogant attitude pushed to to share my story online. In Australia never faced any problem in any service or product but there is always one in 100 who takens money but do not keep commitment. I will do as suggested by you i.e contact you and request to fix the problem. Then will share the outcome on this forum. Hope you will give me an opportunity to write good about your service.
