I will give zero starts to both receptionist.. EXTREMELY POOR customer service. Specially vinissa.. what she thinks of her self.. no one like to be sick or to see doctors. We being sick already so sad and mentally tired and when you go their instead of showing lil bit compation she talks to you like piece if s…. always.she says we are fully booked every time.. I took my husband with 39 degree feaver she said its fully books after so much of begging and request she let us in then when we go there only 3 patients before us.. still waiting and thise receptionist was busy in eating burgers.. i had to ask 2-3 times these is no one why waiting then doctors came out.. this is serious they need to change their attitude or change receptionist,. Soon before some one take it to news channel.. and on website everyone is complaining about those two receptionist … please change them.

St Andrews is medical is a friendly well run centre. In my experience they always do their best to fit you in, and allow you to see the same doctor. As with most medical centres there is often a wait involved to see the doctor, whoever, most doctors seem to run relatively on time and stick to their appointments. Every doctor that i have seen at this practice has been excellent, and their bedside manner is exemplary. There opening hours are also quite long which makes it easier to fit going to the doctor into my schedule! The reception staff are all very friendly also, and willing to help.

Bulk Billing through Medicare, very obliging staff even have after hours home visits available for emergencies. I found Drs go out of their way to alleviate your fears and answer questions.
