he best thing about the massage was he cut it short after 45 mins while I paid for an hour. I should have left when he was so surprised I just wanted a relaxing massage, but he did say that he could do that. About 5 -10 minutes of the massage was pleasant enough, the rest was so uncomfortable, I am guessing it's what they call trigger point, with lots of digging in fingers and prodding. I am still feeling sore in some spots a few days later. I was literally crawling away from the pain and almost fell off the table. Was such a relief when it ended, even though usually I would have felt cheated with a shorter session. Won't be back.

Haru is amazing. He knows muscles like no one else and treats therapeutically without it being too uncomfortable. I wake up the next day feeling so amazing.

I was very impressed, HARU was fantastic! I have had a severely sprained ankle for months and his treatment led to a speedy recovery. It's very important to explain to the therapist exactly what you are looking for so no misunderstandings occur. It's a very nice professional Health Clinic.

Stable massage is a great 'clinical' massage clinic in a beatiful setting. I have had numerous massages there - both for stress releif and strain/pain, and also for Shiatsu/health counselling. The masseuses were brilliant, it is best to tell them exactly what you want - although they read your body very well, and they are always helpful in providing feedback on your body. Shiatsu with George is another thing - amazing. George dedicated 4 hours to learn about my health and medical history, then proceeded with massage, cupping, dry needle acupuncture...and at the end gave me great feedback and positive plan for how to acheive better health.
