Very professional service. Very had my couch no longer smells like spew!

Ok you expect a carpet cleaning business to clean your carpets. You might, if you are lucky, get them to get a stain out here and there.
But what about a company that does both, does it well first time and it some cases gets stains out that other people have given up on?
What about a company that cares about the whole experience, so much so that they give free advice that actually works!
Well I had my carpet cleaned recently and they got stains out that had been bugging me for years. But then, two days later, my cat bled all over their good work. I called to get it redone but they talked me through a simple process using water and a towel and the problem was fixed.
Just awesome from beginning to end.

4 bedrooms + 1 large rug + a few smaller rugs were perfectly cleaned with care and attention to details. Excellent customer service and curtsey. I would recommend Stainbusters to anyone.

We had the carpets cleaned, they were disgusting after 2 years of abuse so I did not expect them to come up so well. All of the stains are gone!

3 room special $125 my carpet was filthy black with drinks foods stains etc i have 2 toddlers 2and 3 and I had jas come do my carpets he was absolutely wonderful very nice man professional and got my carpet looking new again I do highly recommend stain busters and will continue to use them in the future all my stains were actually removed very happy

we have a large house and had a very dirty carpet which we had thought we may need to replace it was looking so bad. We contacted Stainbusters who were very efficient and quoted promptly. We booked and the night before it was due to be cleaned I had to cancel, I felt very bad as I rang them at 5pm which was pretty short notice. They were incredibly polite and not at all difficult about it and I am sure I inconvenienced them. So on the grounds of service even before they came I was pretty impressed. They arrived promptly on time, and worked solidly - the carpet is like new and looks amazing. Service, quality of the job and value for money all excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
