Steve arrived on time, assessed the job and carried out the work in a very professional manner. Our carpet looks great and the the rug he cleaned is also back to it's original colour and looking clean and fresh again.

Would recommend Stainbusters to anyone. I had used another company with a high profile, and they did not even try to get stains out, just said that no on could remove them. Stainbusters man worked on the for ages and even called his boss to see if there was any other cleaning method he could try. Got the stains out!

I needed my carpets professionally cleaned as I was moving house. I organized for stainbusters to clean my carpets and they did not remove the stains. My real estate agents were not impressed and said that the floors needed to be cleaned again. It was a costly learning experience and would recommend that you go with independent carpet cleaners rather than large oragnisations.

Has been our regular in house carpet cleaner for some time. His rates are reasonable, he does an excellent job and get stains out of carpets that have been there for ages.

My friend recommended to me as she said if you want a good service and a friendly staff, you better call their number as they can remove the stain of your old carpet. I call them and yes all the build up from my friend is really true.

Stainbusters Ipswich/Toowoomba have cleaned the carpet in my rental property on 2 occasions. After the first occasion I complained and was told that the stains were 'old' and couldn't be removed. On the second occasion I arrived at the property to see brown track marks all through the carpet and there was a strong smell of urine from the previous tenants. Once again I was informed this was the best result given the condition of the carpet. I decided to give the cleaning a go myself using a friend's $500 DOMESTIC carpet washer and hot water and removed so much dirt from the carpet it made me sick. I wonder if the carpets were cleaned in the first place. Stainbusters are a joke!

Carpet was badly stained and it was cleaned efficiently and only one small stain could not be removed. We were also given stain removal charts and advice. Unfortunately some of the stains reappeared during humid/damp weather. But we were given a service guarantee so could call to have it fixed
