Absolutely awful! They used an unreliable courier service (CourierPlease) and charged a premium for delivery that didn't deliver. I paid 50% of the product price for shipping. When I contacted the company, they used COVID as an excuse for a very ridiculous delay, for a small item! The item was shipped from a location that is 2 suburbs away from my home and had an expected delivery of 7 days which was fine, but the item never arrived! I contacted the company, and they told me to wait for another week; how is that acceptable? I requested a refund and they brushed me off saying that they would be in touch. What an awful experience, extremely dissatisfied!
