Matthew before and wish I were close enough to shop with

Extremely happy with the service and products. I had a problem with a jumper over a month old and and Tania went out of her way to help me by chasing up the manufacturers sales rep to personally fast track the process. It could have easily taken over a month and wasn't holding out hope, but I got a call last Saturday that a replacement was at the store. 3 day turnaround! Very happy!

Also the Possum gloves purchased are just about the warmest and softest I've had and haven't seen that brand before even in the major department stores.

Tania said she can order me some Levi's that they don't carry so will get those too!

I'm a European customer and came to Stanley's Mens & Boyswear web shop via a web search. I was looking for a jeans model (Levis 504 in medium stonewash) which I couldn't find in any physical shop or web shop in the closer vicinity. But obviously, it was sold in Australia, and Stanley's Mens & Boyswear had it on stock. After submitting my order, I was contacted within one day in order to determine a mailing option. Shipping to Europe was naturally more expensive than the postage included with the order, but we agreed quickly to transfer the additional amount by PayPal. The jeans arrived safely at my place after travelling half around the globe. This was really excellent service (thanks Tania at Stanley's Mens & Boyswear). This shop goes the extra mile for their customers!!!

The service was fantastic and the products were just what we wanted! Nothing was too much trouble. They rang to confirm sizing. We were always updated in regards to our order, and delivery was very fast. We can't fault this company.

I always go to Stanleys when I need to update my wardrobe, whether work or casual clothes. The staff are always polite and welcoming and their product knowledge is exceptional. I have had difficulty in finding a good fit in work pants and Tania said that she knew what would be the perfect fit, but was currently not in stock. Tania ordered the pants in for me and she was so right. The pants fitted perfectly and I have since ordered a second pair and purchased those today. My wife shops for me at Stanleys and because the staff know us both so well, they are able to help with sizing etc. and there is never a problem with exchanging.

My husband is particular about his trousers. ALL the staff at Stanley's know their stock exceptionally well and are so pleasant to deal with. It's always a good shopping experience to visit Stanley's.
