Extremely happy with the service and products. I had a problem with a jumper over a month old and and Tania went out of her way to help me by chasing up the manufacturers sales rep to personally fast track the process. It could have easily taken over a month and wasn't holding out hope, but I got a call last Saturday that a replacement was at the store. 3 day turnaround! Very happy!

Also the Possum gloves purchased are just about the warmest and softest I've had and haven't seen that brand before even in the major department stores.

Tania said she can order me some Levi's that they don't carry so will get those too!
