Ralf was able to resolve a recurring issue with our power, that another electrician had failed to resolve. He put an immense amount of work in and was very competitively priced considering. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to utilise Ralf's services again (with a bit of luck though, I might not need to!)

My safety switch kept tripping so I called Stanmore Electrics (recommended by a friend). Ralf was great. He spent time with me over the phone explaining step by step what I needed to do to establish whether it was a faulty appliance or not. He was extremely patient and a great help. He then dropped by later the same day. He was very thorough and easy to deal with. Found the fault which required rewiring and fixed the problem. Not your typical tradesperson....a real pleasure to deal with.
