A great job. My car had been neglected and is not garaged . It badly needed buffing and it came up looking like new. The interior was done too, the door and boot surrounds and under the bonnet. The car was ready before the expected time and I was notified by text. All were friendly. I paid $150

I've taken my car here a few times and the clean is always great. It can be quite expensive if you want a thorough job though. Customer service could be a little friendlier but not a huge deal.
My biggest problem was that they removed my rear-facing baby seat and didn't put it back in (I was upset because I'd paid to have it installed). At future visits I asked them to just clean around it and not remove it so problem solved.

Took the car in for a wash and they talked me into the "prestige" treatment - steam clean and polish interior and polish exterior with special polish to preserve paint. It came out looking like a brand new car. Great location - in the carpark of the plaza so you can have the car cleaned while you shop. The car looked fantastic and it was ready in an hour but it was really expensive. I would not get this type of service again unless I was looking to sell the car and wanted it to look super swish. A basic clean is only $35.00 so I would definitely have that done. The only reason I am not giving it 4 stars is because of the price for this "prestige"clean - it was just too high and more than I needed.
