I've taken my car here a few times and the clean is always great. It can be quite expensive if you want a thorough job though. Customer service could be a little friendlier but not a huge deal.
My biggest problem was that they removed my rear-facing baby seat and didn't put it back in (I was upset because I'd paid to have it installed). At future visits I asked them to just clean around it and not remove it so problem solved.
