Mel has been my hair dresser for over 2 years now (Ive followed her from another salon) and every time Ive walked away happy. She listens to what I want and provides options when Im unsure. I find it nerve racking when starting with a new hair dresser but there is no risk in seeing Mel as everyone that walks out looks fantastic! Ive seen her deal with a difficult customer with courtesy and professionalism which impressed me. She always runs to time and its nice to be offered a coffee while you wait for the hair treatment to do its thing. Im a happy customer and will be seeing Mel for many years to come.
