I had Statham Constructions do a few big jobs at my place Steve was the only one that would tackle a really hard engineering job and building holding the whole back of my house up did it promptly and did a great job and also did a complete reno of under my house could not be happier and recommend him for any job . Live in a classic style Queenslander and contacted Stephen from Statham Constructions about my stumps.
Stumps were better condition than I thought and they adjusted what needed to be done, fixed.
Lucky for me Stephen noticed that I had a leak on the inside wall from an old renovation which would have caused major structural issued in 5 to 7 years which they expertly fixed.
Also noticed treads on the steps from the veranda that were too thin and dangerous which they also fixed.
What they did today saved me heaps down the track, lucky they came to fix my stumps.
Quality of work is 1st class and happy to recommend – if you know as painter as good let me know
