Called Steven and he fixed up time to come out that suited me. Then called half an hour prior to appointment made and said he was running late. Asked me if I wanted to rearrange or if I could still make appointment. I rearranged. When he arrived he was professional, friendly and efficient. In the end I needed a replacement part which I'd found at Reece earlier in the week but not bought. Steven quoted his price for supplying and fitting the replacement part and I said I could just buy it and fit it myself. He said, no problem. I said that I would have to pay his call out fee and he said no, he'd only been five minutes here and he wouldn't charge me. What a refreshing change - great and realistic customer service. Barry came out and quoted on a new hot water system. He came out told me what was wrong and quoted for a new system. They came back as the lowest price and fitted the system promptly. I found them to be reliable, honest and I have recommended them to friends who have been very happy with the service also.
