Called Steven and he fixed up time to come out that suited me. Then called half an hour prior to appointment made and said he was running late. Asked me if I wanted to rearrange or if I could still make appointment. I rearranged. When he arrived he was professional, friendly and efficient. In the end I needed a replacement part which I'd found at Reece earlier in the week but not bought. Steven quoted his price for supplying and fitting the replacement part and I said I could just buy it and fit it myself. He said, no problem. I said that I would have to pay his call out fee and he said no, he'd only been five minutes here and he wouldn't charge me. What a refreshing change - great and realistic customer service. For that I'll sing his praises to the rooftops, giving him referral business and my repeat business. Good work Steineck Plumbing
