Personal fitness training that you actually look forward to. The difference is the social atmosphere and the support from Donna and fellow trainees. Unlike a gym membership, they care if you don't turn up and you keep going. As a result I have never felt better and have achieved things I thought were out of reach

I've been a member of SIL Cheltenham for 5 years and joined after being a gym member for many years. I was tired of the same classes at the gym and not getting any results. A friend recommend SIL and it was the change I needed. The benefits of working outdoors are immense and now I can actually run 5-7kms without stopping. Donna has so many classes at SIL Cheltenham there are really no excuses for missing any, and she's always flexible and understanding of any changes to class attendance her clients need to make. The classes are always varied which keeps the mind ticking over. I've made some great friends to boot!

I joined Step into Life after moving into the Cheltenham area, to meet new people and form friendships, and perhaps have a little fun! Little did I know or realize at the time, the health benefits that would come from this experience. I was a little concerned about the commitment, but over the years I'd joined gyms and only 'stuck at it' for about 3 months; left with the ongoing direct debit coming out of my bank account for 12 months! Now 18 months on, I go three to four times a week, my chronic back problem is now manageable (it's the little things that count some times, like emptying the dishwasher or vacuuming!). I'm now running at least 5 km AND I've lost 12 kilos in the process! I'd recommend it to anyone, and in fact, I have! I love it, it's changed my life and it could change yours too.

I have been going to "step" for 2 years now and i love it. I can honestly say that I will never join a gym again (and I had been to many!!) I have finally found a form of exercise that I love.
My three sessions a week are full of variety so I never get bored."Doing it outdoors" is great, especially after working in an office all day.
There are all ages and fitness levels at step and I have met some wonderful people. It is great to be surrounded by others to encourage you and we manage to have a bit of a chat & laugh too!!
Donna knows exactly how much to push you to get the most out of your sessions and can work around any injuries you may have.
I really recommend step, I have increased my fitness levels, met many new friends and had lots of fun.

I have been going to Step Into Life (Cheltenham) for 10 months. Over that time I have lost 20 kgs and can run 10 kms comfortably. The trainer knows her stuff- she remembers the various medical conditions that each member might have and modifies the exercises accordingly. She'll also give you advice on diet, injury prevention and motivation. There is a wide age range of members who attend and the classes are a good size (not too big, not too small). The sessions are varied so you don't get bored. I highly recommend Step Into Life (Cheltenham) to anyone who wants to get fit, have fun and form friendships with a bunch of positive, friendly and supportive people. It changed my life!

Forget the gym, come outside and train with Donna and experience professional training and a real sense of achievement. You don't have to be an athlete to benefit from her sessions as they are all different each time and the social side is great too.Being outside in the fresh air is a major part of it also. Ive met so many wonderful people over the years and the community spirit is very evident. I have been with Donna for 5 years now and wouldn't think of changing.

Fantastic outdoor Personal Training fitness classes run by Donna. If you like to exercise in a small group outdoors then this is the exercise for you! A variety of classes are offered including toning, kick boxing and cardio. Donna makes sure she is aware of your fitness level and injuries in a friendly and inviting group of not necessarily toned super fit people! Best of all First session is FREE for everyone to try out and you can even do make up classes if you miss a class!
