Had two small jobs to be completed in my home. Steve was very helpful on the phone, as I am not someone who knows much about my utilities. He came over the following day after I called him and quoted me very reasonably. I had plaster damage from bad pipes and because Steve is also a builder, he was able to repair that for me also, which was very convenient. I would definitely use Steve's services again.

Super rude and abrupt on the phone. Didn't have much care for me after they realised it was only a small job. Wouldn't want them in my house with their mannerisms.
