Absolute disgrace. Refused service on due date and no communication whatsoever. We are in absolute need of water here in the hinterland and the excuse after being called up as to why no one turned up was the driveway was too steep. Thanks for leaving a whole family without water because of your stupidity. Zero stars!

I Wasn't going to Bother Responding to this Garbage but Lets Put Some Truth into this Post. These People Obviously Like to Dramatise Things. At No Stage Have these people Ever Been A Customer/Client of My Business and I Have NEVER Attended their Property Before, I Said I Would Look at the Access to the Property First and then Decide if it was Accessible Enough for Me Too Attend. I Did So and Advised Them Accordingly. These People Obviously Have NO REGARD for Anybody But Themselves. The Driveway is NOT ACCESIBLY SAFE Enough for Me to Park A Fully Loaded Truck Weighing 23 Tonne and Over 10 Metres Long On It. Also the Driveway Has a Corner/Turning Point that is Far Too Sharp For My Truck to Be Able to Turn Around Due to the Length of the Truck, So This Property is NOT ACCESSIBLY Suited to the Size of My Truck. From Information Provided to Me from Another Water Carrier, The Water Tank at THIS PROPERTY is Also NOT Easily Accessible from the DRIVEWAY, Yet Alone from the Road.
It Would Appear that These People Have NO REGARD for OTHER Peoples Safety, Equipment or Anything Else, Would These People PAY My INCOME and REPAIRS To My Truck if I Attended the Property and Things Did Go Wrong, I GUARANTEE THEY WOULDN'T.
I HAVE A RIGHT TO NOT ATTEND A PROPERTY IF I DEEM IT UNSAFE for ME and/or MY VEHICLE, The Steepness of the Driveway and the Sharp Corner Prevent me from Safely Attending this Property. Feel Free to Have a Look At This Driveway 451 Beechmont Road, Lower Beechmont and Tell me that I Should Put My Business and Safety in Jeopardy Because these people Cant Provide a Better Way Of Accessing The Water Tanks on Their Property.
I Have Been In Business on the Gold Coast and Hinterland for Over 17 Years and Have Many Satisfied Customers, Unfortunately There Will Always Be Somebody that Is Not Happy. Maybe These People Should Look At The Overall Picture and Not Just Think of Themselves and Realise the Situation That They are Complaining About Is Their Own Undoing and They Have Created The Problem THEMSELVES, Maybe Then They May Think about their Own Actions Before Complaining About Others.
In Over 17 Years that I Have Been Delivering Domestic Water to Properties on the Gold Coast and Hinterland Areas, I Have Only Had a Handful of Properties That I Have Not Been Able to Attend too Due the The Accessibility, Some of these Properties Have Made Changes to Allow for Water Deliveries to Be Made, Others Just Use A Water Carrier That Has A Smaller Vehicle.
