Still the friendliest butcher offering the best quality meat around at very reasonable affordable prices. I often call ahead to make sure they have the american ribs I am always after because they do sell out quickly. I tell them what time i will be in and they are nicely packed and ready to go. Always delicious.

I purchased some american ribs for our big Bathurst weekend expecting them to be fabulous as usual. Unfortunately, the price has increased to around $16kg and the ribs seemed to be missing any meat. I wasn't expecting a huge amount, but at least something, it was more like flavoured meatless ribs. Very disappointing.

The best quality meat, the best service and now the best green tomato relish I have ever tried, yum! This butcher has the lot. Always super friendly service, love their snaggs and especially the american ribs, never leave without a couple of kilos.

If we are anywhere near Stirling we always drop in to this butcher as we just love their american marinated ribs, we usually buy at least 3-4kg. Love their sausages, chops and steak, always of a very high quality. Their prices are extremely reasonable and customer service cannot be faulted. A fabulous friendly butcher.

Fantastic! This has to be the best butcher. I love their american pork ribs, unfortunately they are very popular and I have to call ahead to make sure they have any in stock. Don't bother on a thursday or friday as they will have '0". Fabulous on the bbq or slow cooked in the oven. Yum.

Whenever I am in Stirling I make sure I visit this butcher for some of their American Marinated Pork Ribs, they are fabulous and at only $10kg, I usually buy 4 kgs and freeze two. Certainly value for money. The guys are always smiling and ready for a chat, excellent customer service and real quality meat.

Never disappointed here. These guys offer real quality meat at very affordable prices, don't buy your meat in woolworths as their meat is so much more expensive and is lacking with quality (woolworths is across from this butcher). They have a huge variety of meat including some delicious marinades. They are so popular that they have run out of certain items by late thursday, so go early in the week.

These guys are fabulous, whenever I am in Stirling I make it a point to visit this butcher as my family just love their marinated american pork ribs, I usually purchase extra marinade is we love extra sauce with the ribs. Compared to other butchers, these guys are fantastic on price. I have been paying $9.99kg for these ribs for a couple of years now. Compared to my local butcher, they are very reasonable as I have to pay $22.99 for the exact same product, that's a massive difference. I cannot forget to mention how friendly these guys are, always smiling!
