Stokes And Renk BMW Service

My advice is to try elsewhere. I'm not so sure the 5 star reviews are legitimate. I was duped by their service, but had it rectified by a reputable organisation.
S & R charged $200 per hr for work they didn't do. The friendly desk person & arrogant [redacted due to personal identifier] feed on your lack of knowledge as to the repair & it's very hard to get a written quote! I was ripped off, MAY BE YOU NEXT - avoid.

Absolute 5 stars and they're nothing less. Theyre a lovely team who know the A-Z of BMW's and beat service at dealerships by a huge margin. I have actually sat with them in my vehicle to advise me about my car, it's condition and potential problems. They even take you into the garage and show you the parts removed from your vehicle that were replaced and will show you why. This service centre deserves approved BMWuthorisation and support, as they are doing nothing less than support the BMW Bavarian manufacturer with outstanding service. Give up your current BMW service centre and go to Stokes and Renk. You won't regret the decision!

What a wonderful exciting experience dealing with this lovely team. Not to mention the knowledge and the fact they will go out of their way to satisfy their customer.
Will be back to upgrade in a year or two!!
