The always take fantastic care of my cavie and he is a handful. Awesome Job everytime. Would highly recommend

First time I took my dog there was in summer - he was there for six hours on a sweltering hot day - about three hours longer than expected. I was told the delay was due to other customers unkept, matted dogs needing more attention than was expected. Today I decided to give them another shot and took him in for a simple nail clip. They charged me $15 for the priveldge of cutting the quicks - blood everywhere. In my car, on my rug, my boards. I hadn't realised they had cut him until I got home. That's two bad experiences and a dog left licking his wound. Never again.

The groom itself was great, however if you are quoted a price over the phone, understand that it is a 'starting at price', and you may be charged more once you check out. I have had a couple of issues with this in the past and a negative experience with a staff member when leaving today.

I love this place! The girls that work there are very friendly & took care of my dog so well. I want to share the very first time I took my dog there as an example... My dog can be very timid, and can get scared of & overwhelmed by new environments. He isn't aggressive, but is prone to running off and hiding in stressful situations. The girls at Stop N Paws really understood how he was feeling & made sure he felt safe. When he was all clean & it was time to take him home he was so happy. He was also more interested in his new friends & kept trying to walk around to the other side of the front counter. I highly recommend this place & am so glad that I have such a great place that I can take my dog to. I never feel worried about him being there as I know he is always looked after.

Cant fault their friendly, professional service for our two little dogs! We've tried other groomers in between but keep coming back here! Our boys are always happy to be going back and never dread the chop.

Very friendly staff, my dog always gets looked after and comes back looking gorgeous! Easy to get a booking than most other places as they have more staff working there. Highly recommend!

took my dog a couple of times, not happy to hear she muzzled him? Not an aggressive dog at all, she obviously read him wrong as never had any problem with any other groomer before. Think she mistook his sensitivity to certain areas to be a bit of a worry as he obviously moved when he was touched in certain places which she took to be aggressive? Won't be going back

Thought we would try somewhere different. Our little Oscar came out looking very neat and tidy. Great location with parking and friendly people. Definitely taking him back there.
