Suburban are taking their dying breath, the service is useless, why book a taxi when Suburban can’t deliver, the customer service people don’t even understand basic information, the drivers have no clue on what service means, be warned use another service, goodbye Suburban.

I pre booked a taxi the night before to go to a hospital appointment. I added an extra 10 minutes in case it or we were delayed due to peak hour traffic. The next day, when it did not arrive, I phoned Surburban and was told there NO taxis in my area. I reminded the lady that I had pre booked one the night before, but was informed that there were no taxis available and just because I had pre booked one it did not mean I would get one!!! She suggested I try another taxi company. So I did and fortunately was only 20 minutes late for my appointment. I had let the specialist know I would be late due to the taxi company’s incompetence. I will NEVER book or travel with Suburban again and will let all my friends know of Surburban’s non existence service.

After finally getting our Mum to take a taxi instead of a car to the theatre she was let down terribly.
Booked taxi at 1151 and cancelled at 1320 after no show and so they missed their show as well.
Complaints department , Matt very helpful and explained the situation with drivers and cancellation when they feel like it
Job accepted at 1128 - didn't turn up - not answering of phone calls, no more take up of taxi call . No communication to tell Mum what was going on - lied to when she rang - saying it is only 5 minutes away.
Finally they had had enough of standing outside waiting and had missed the start of the show and the time it was meant they would have missed a lot of first half.
Very disappointed in all of the process.
Whatever happened to Customer service first not Driver making decisions not to complete the ride .
Cant understand it . We will be researching other companies.

I have had frequent service from one driver in particular called Nirmal. He is SO polite & helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Other drivers I have had have been excellent too but I would have Nirmal every frequent taxi trip I have to take with my disabilities on my MANY medical appointments. He gives 'Gold Plate Service'.

Worst service possible. Book 3 hours prior, didn't turn up and I called and receive poor communication. Had to cancel and try and scramble to the airport. Don't use this service!!

If only you could give 0 stars. An absolute joke. Had good service last night, but tonight, after 1 hour, still a no-show at Unley Shopping Centre on a quiet Sunday night. I will never use a taxi service as this is not the first time I have been hung out to dry by their arrogant "contact centre". Shambolic and absolutely no communication whatsoever.

Went to QEH then home again. Cabs on time, essential when you have an appointment. Booked on line both ways and got fixed fare. When Cabs arrived, fare was showing large on the meter and was what I paid at destination. Friendly drivers. Suburban for me, always from now on.

Had to get home to Hillbank from the new Calvary Adelaide/Wakefield Hospital with my husband last evening. Driver courteous and friendly, but $74 is the most expensive taxi ride we have had - ridiculous! We have never paid more than $50-$60 before from the City or the Airport! Won't be using Suburban again - sorry! PB Hillbank

Took a taxi too and from city, both of the drivers were lovely persons, very professional, on time and lovely to chat to.
Very Enjoyable trips. 5 Stars +

An absolute joke! You wonder why taxi's are losing business. The exact same route in an uber was estimated at $32. A suburban taxi was out front of where we were leaving so we thought hey I'm sure it will cost the same, support the industry, it cost $53... The driver took the most direct route, there was no traffic. Suburban taxi you are a joke and I will never catch a taxi again. Take a hard look at your business. You try to support the industry and you get burnt. What a waste of my money and I hope the extra $20 you earned goes well to the additional four cups of coffee you will buy before your business goes in to liquidation.
