I bought a take away salad from here on a public holiday. The girls were really friendly and gave super fast servi ce. They obligingly changed over their gloves being 'fuss free' when I asked them to for my salad prep as I allergic to certain meats, dairy + wheat.
Only con is Subway not having recycable salad bowls to match their new paper bags.

subway is a really healthy and cheap place to eat, even cheaper if you have a friend that you can split a footlong with, I do this and it works out $3.50 each.
