Come here often, today the young fellow servicing me at lunchtime was a bit slow and was a bit lacking in energy like he didn't sleep the night before or something.

Need to pick up on customer service and there food handling skills sad to say not the best subway l have been to wont be going back to this store again

They have the worst subway ive ever had here. they lack hygiene, staff and quality of food. there food isnt fresh and taste old and is quite stomach turning. i did not have a very good experience her and will not be returning here. they have rude staff and it smells of old food. yuck!

An excellent option for lunch in eastland, the store recently moved so it's now within the foodcourt. Great fillings, fresh food and fast service!

This is in a weird spot so lots of people wouldn't know it is there! The service is good and the girls working on the day I went they were really friendly. Great quality food too!

Went here before a movie on a Sunday. Things I noticed:
- No $7 footlong subs available. Cheapest was $8.95.
- I ordered a cup for my drink... went to refill, was rudely told that "We don't do refills." Which is odd... why would the drink refill machine be in a public area if that was the case??

Also, my partner asked for her sub to be 'lightly toasted'... after a few moments of discussions, this was done. Apparently, the adjective 'lightly' was confusing.

So, the food was as you'd expect, prices more expensive than the norm, and the service was severely lacking.

Nice and quite during non-peak times, but once lunch and dinner hits, subway and the adjacent KFC get really busy. Really friendly and great quality. I loved it

Exact same meal at other subway outlets about %20 cheaper. Too expensive. Staff look like they'd rather be somewhere else. The food itself was ok have had occasions where staff are not listening to my order properly and end up putting wrong fillings in the roll.. For the amount of money subway charges you would think you might get a bit better service given KFC is cheaper next door..

This subway seems to be just as good as any other subway. Food quality is the same. What's good is the queue never seems to be that long. My experience was alright.

The staff at subway aren't very polite, and i find myself waiting in the queue a long time. Unfortunately it's next to KFC, where business is booming and the staff are friendlier.
