The service was very, very quick. We waited less-than 5 minutes on a moderately busy day. The burgers weren't big, but they were very good quality. I was quite disappointed with the size, to be honest. For a burger of that cost, you'd expect it to be 50% bigger than what is was. I was still quite hungry afterwards. Quality, yes, value, no.

Went for a drive on a Thursday when I had a day off recently. I'd heard about the range of Parmas on the menu, and was excited to try one out. On a Thursday, they do a Parma and a Pot for $18, which is a bargain these days. Normally the Parma alone is $24.

The service was friendly and efficient, and they take the time to explain all of the specials to you.

To food was excellent and well worth the drive, and the beer was cold, and quenched my thirst!

I'll definitely head back there when I get the chance!

Good for a decent pizza at an excellent price, currently $6.50 for a large standard pizza. The guys who run the place are genuinely friendly and helpful, and the pizzas are pretty good!

Went here before a Rugby League match at AAMI Park.

When we entered, the lady running the show asked if we'd been here before, which we had not. She warned us: Once you taste our food, you'll be back!

And, she was not wrong. I had a chicken burger, my mate had a beef burger, and both were among the best we've had. They have a burger/chips/drink combo all the time for $12.50, and that is definitely a bargain!

We can't wait to go back to Hellenic Bite!

Went here for a nice dinner out with my wife, after hearing people rave about it. I must say, we were quite disappointed.

The food is overpriced, albeit tasty. The venue itself is quite loud. Our waitress was very friendly and well presented, but many of the other staff were far too casually attired for a restaurant quality establishment. I'm not sure if it's a Fitzroy thing, but it doesn't add to the ambience whatsoever.

I won't be rushing back.

The words "The Best" are bandied around a little too regularly, but in this case, they are pretty close to being accurate!

I have had a lot of Indian food in my time. Some excellent, some not-so good. But recently we visited Tandoori Temptations for the first time, and were VERY impressed. This is among some of the best, and freshest, Indian food I have ever tasted.

The service is also very friendly, and the prices are quite economical too!

This place was so good that we returned 2 days later! We'll definitely be regulars here.

If you're looking for a barber with old-school charm, this is the place for you. The gents working here know exactly what they're doing, and always offer service with a smile. If you're up for a chat, then they're more-than happy to indulge!

The price is a little dear, but not excessive.

And, if they like you, you might even get a handful of smarties as you leave!

La Porchetta in Croydon is located in an odd position, considering their largest competitor is right next door! But, they do a great job here.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating, always there to help whenever you need them.

The food is what you would hope for at a family restaurant. The quality is adequate and the servings are generous. My wife and I shared a pasta entree on our last visit, and they were kind enough to serve it in two separate bowls before bringing it out. It's the little things that count.

The value is quite good, too.

One tip: They sell desserts for $5 each if you take away, which is a bargain!
