Always love the service at this subway, very polite. Food is great. Have been going to this subway for around 6 months now and every time has been a breeze. not to slow like another subway i used to use.

I guess this is a generalisation to all subways ive been to. The food is fresh. The ham and salad roll stacked on generously. But customer service is rediculous. My wife is scared to go inside a subway alone. As it reminds her of Seinfelds soup kitchen ( no soup for you) As for customer relations, im surprised they have any business at all.

I was served today by tom who was courteous, friendly, quick and made it a pleasure to be served. Well done Tom! Subway you need to hire more people like him. A true asset. The sub I got was fresh and tasty, and I enjoyed every bite. The shop was clean and the food all looked fresh. Great experience!

Slow service, high staff turnover, often run out of key ingredients. Everything is more expensive than at the Subway I go to when at work. Finally boycotting them, not worth the wait.
