I bought my formal dress from here and it was good in that they had a fairly decent range and prices were pretty average. Customer service was good up until I had to collect the dress, at which point they seemed to slack off as they'd already got our money! But overall I guess they were good - although since then I've found better formal dress/bridal stores with better service and prices.

Found the most beautiful dress for myself so sent my little brother here to get kitted out for his formal. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable with regards to dealing with yr 12 students. He found a great oufit. Sigh! They grow up so fast:)

The staff are very friendly. I had never tried a wedding dress on before, they talked with me about what sort of things I thought I would like to try on, and went looking for stock for me. They discussed the best payment options for me, and even posted my dress to me interstate. They removed stains from the clothing that I saw, and I got a great ex-hire dress for next to nothing in price compared to new dresses.
