Unhappy with my experience. Walked out with a style very different from what I requested. I tried to raise concerns during the cut but was dismissed. Living with a super short and outdated style.

Paid $275 for a colour they promised and I walked out with the same hair colour! [redacted personal identifier] refusing to fix it or refund.

The stylist was abrupt, didn't listen to what I wanted and proceeded to do exactly what I'd asked her not to, in terms of both cut and style. And then I paid almost $100 for something I had to go home and try to fix myself in the bathroom mirror. Terrible experience, wouldn't go back if they paid me.

I have been going to suki for a few years now and love the way they cut my hair, it is a beautiful salon and staff are very friendly, well worth the money.

You need a small armaguard truck to pay for a haircut here. Worst of all, you are bailed up for almost 3 hours. I cannot sit in uncomfortable chairs for that long nor do I have the time. Overrated.

I went to make the appointment, and saw they had the price list for short, medium, long hair for colours. It seemed reasonable. I made the appointment, had my hair done, was satisfactory, when I went to pay it was an outrageous price, nearly $200 they had charged me double the price of colour as I had foils AND a semi permanent, and had classified my hair as long. Which to me was not, as it was just barely touching my shoulders.
