We were helping fix up an old house for a friend that had not been lived in for 7 years, they fixed the leaking taps, and plumbing in the toilet, gave us a much better price for the part than a competitor had quoted and were extremely professional in their service.

The staff at Officeworks Warners Bay are fantastic! So friendly and went out of their way to accomodate me when I went to print some photos and had left the photo I wanted off my memory stick. They offered to let me email it to them from the store and save it to my stick to save me coming back. They then printed the photo on the spot for 10c what a great service.

This is my new favourite breakfast stop! We stopped here after our bike ride, beautiful location right over the water, can sit inside or out, comfortable lounges inside, great decor. Food was fantastic! I had the bircher museli with yoghurt, figs, nuts and honey. Was superb. Coffee was lovely too. A very enjoyable morning.

The shop is 3 stories of unique gifts/jewellery/fashion, including homeware & kids things. Just beautifully laid out. The prices range from very reasonable to high end for some of the bigger obviously more expensive pieces. Quality is fantastic. I have been there a few times and been served by different staff, and they are all so friendly and fresh, being available without being "in your face" at all. Also, they take the time to giftwrap for no extra charge. A very pleasant surprise.

I have had 2 really great facials from Serenity, very professional beauticians, and felt great afterwards, both times it felt like a great relaxing treat.

Went there for a farewell dinner for our boss. There was a big table of 16, pre booked $30 a head, which was reasonable for the quantity of food, but I found that the food was fairly low quality. The dips were quite plain, There was a nice lamb dish though.

I had booked an hour massage. Possibly it was my misconception, but I thought in an hour that most massages would cover the whole body. This masseuse spent the whole hour just on my back, which was lovely on my back, but I actually had really tight sore calves and was hoping to loosen them up. It was definately a nice relaxing massage but was not therapeutic at all.

I went to make the appointment, and saw they had the price list for short, medium, long hair for colours. It seemed reasonable. I made the appointment, had my hair done, was satisfactory, when I went to pay it was an outrageous price, nearly $200 they had charged me double the price of colour as I had foils AND a semi permanent, and had classified my hair as long. Which to me was not, as it was just barely touching my shoulders.

I ordered some products from the website after reading a review in the SMH about this company, the delivery time was very prompt, packaging all recyclable and minimal, an efficient and pleasurable transaction.

Meals here are delicious and plentiful, we often even share one breakfast! Something that makes this cafe stand out for me is that they employ baristas who have real skill. Coffee is always made to perfection.
