Sun Group did a good job!
Pre-Sales staff were patient and knowledgeable.
I completed all the paperwork remotely (during COVID Lockdown). Keeping track of progress was a little cumbersome, but the back office staff were very responsive to my questions. The process took a little longer than I would have liked and I had to revisit a couple of steps and prompt Sun Group to move things along. If Sun Group had a customer portal that walked you through the process that would be a definite improvement over email exchange.
The installers were also very competent and left the site tidy.
I am pleased with the end result.
The after sales support was great. I realised that I didn't include consumption monitoring in my original install and the team at Sun Group went out of their way to find a solution and provided very reasonable pricing for an upgrade. For that I am grateful.
Now I just need more sunshine!
