After owning a Sunbeam stickmixer for less than 6 months it burnt out. Due to Big W retaining my receipt regarding another purchase I had no receipt to return the goods so I emailed Sunbeam to explain. They replied and said they would replace the damaged parts as a gesture of good faith. I disposed of the damaged parts pending replacement but when the replacements arrived they had only sent 1 part not 2! When I complained they said I should return the damaged parts with the recipt to the place of purchase, neither of which I have because I relied on their gesture of goodwill. P'd off to say the least!!
