Sunkids

Hi, i would just like to say that after finally being able to get my children into sunkids - (now Oorama) I was refered to there from a friend and we love it to bits. I have had two experiences of child care at other services and sunkids (Oorama) is fantastic. My children are so happy and love the staff. Well done to all the staff there.

I would never ever take my children to this child care centre again. My children were coming home with black and blue. I dont believe the staff were to blame with my children to being black and blue but there was a lot of bullies in the rooms who were not getting told off for their actions. When i questioned them they told me that must have already came to the centre like this. I know for a fact they didn't have marks all over them when i dropped them off. I don't believe they reported anything at all. Working in a child care centre my self now i know for a fact that things were not followed with in the requirements.

Sunkids Tarneit has been great for my two boys. It is never an easy task to leave your children when you have to go to work, I leave them in care I fully trust and they always are communicating how my children are going. All staff are very approachable, friendly and you can see they really do love kids it's not just a job for them. I have used other centres in the past and non compare, centre is clean.

Quality of service is fair.Clean and warm environment.Toys are brand new quite clean.Staff interaction is fair.The centre is quite accesable and there is not a very long wait to get on the waiting list
