The quality of the food is fine. Price is reasonable. Service is not so great. Need a lot of improvements.

Food here was fine but not that great when it comes to quality. Prices were reasonable and service was fine.

Had really good experiences on weekdays for lunch, wouldn't even bother on weekends as they are too busy and crowded. Tried to book ahead for a weekend but when we arrived we were told there was a booking fee and that we had no booking. Receptionists on the phone aren't helpful. The food is great and keeps me coming back. Customer service could be improved.

DISAPPOINTING. Worst yum cha to date food lukewarm and one dish cold. Patrons allowed to smoke despite numerous requests to staff to ask they be put out. AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE

The food here is reasonably priced for the quantity and quality although sometimes the food could do with improvements since in some cases it came cold. The customer service here creates a friendly atmosphere in most cases.

Approximate cost: $20

One word. FANTASTIC. Love it. Been there a million times ever since it opened and previously on forest rd. Food's great, service is great, just a bit more costly than others but it is worth every cent. Even has Karaoke for evening diners on level 3 in individual rooms.

I like going yum-cha at this restaurant as the food is reasonably priced and has a large variety and the standard of the food is above average, however, the waiting time to get a table at weekend can be hectic, the screaming out of number for the next ticket number is not very professional, suggest they get a better ticketing system

The food is exceptional but weekends need to wait if no booking :( I like yumcha there especially in weekdays, not very crowded and get 15% discount too

Approximate cost: $30

Very nice place to eat, the place is new, clean and very expensive looking, like nice from the outside. The food is great, very well cooked, it is a bit pricy, but u have to pay for the good food. Bit small, since it is 3 levels, cant really have a wedding or a large celebration there. The take away bbq downstairs is quite good, very clean and good value and taste good too

Approximate cost: $25

This restaurant has great yum cha. I have been here 3 times for yum cha with friends and the food and selection is amazing. The decor is nice (on the first 2 floors) but if you are unlucky enough to sit on the third floor (as I once was), the dining experience isn't as good. The food still tastes great but the service and atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired on the third floor.
One thing I particularly like about this restaurant is that there are a lot of Westerners who eat here too so if you are one, you don't feel like you're the odd one out!
