Had to wait over 45 minutes for an appointment which I booked in advance. When I was finally called in, the doctor made me feel like she wanted me out of that room as fast as she could.
What was most disturbing about the experience was she let out a loud irritated sigh during our discussions. (As if to make sure I heard her) Terrible service for a first time patient.
Please treat your customers with more respect! Not recomended.

My review is based on experience with the receptionists. The doctors are friendly and always good advice.
There is a particular receptionist, that always looks bored and is extremely unhelpful. Her attitude is extremely off putting and makes for an uncomfortable waiting experience. When questioned when I would be going to see the doctor she told me that I was next to go through, but at least two people were in front of me. I've never had such a bad experience at Sunrise before.

The GP was a bit behind in appointments but the service was impeccable and the staff friendly and professional with a 'real' concern about my wellbeing as a patient. I didn't feel rushed or pushed through the appointment which I greatly appreciate. I will be coming back to this practice as my first option for any medical concerns I have in the future.

best public health care centre that i have attended. very helpful and calming as i am not a fan of visiting doctors. ha ha!

Fantastic experience. I saw Dr Eliezer for a medical issue, and I thought her bed side manner to be caring and warm. She was very knowledgeable and help me understand my problem and help me choose the best solution for my care. I highly recommend her and this clinic. Thanks : )

My infant son is always quite distressed when he needs a vaccination , and no matter how many clinics I had been to, I still hadn't found a medical center that proved to be the right fit for my family.
Our doctor today was very kind and listened carefully as I explained the situation, and was sure to make my son feel as comfortable as possible. It's the first time I haven't left a clinic with a screaming child. Will definitely be back, thank you Sunrise.

Highly recommended for quality of service and customer care. This is a great clinic which I have been attending for several years now without any issues.

I was hesitant to attend this clinic as I had been told that the wait time would be significant. However, even though the clinic on this occasion was running on time, the reception staff were happy to give me a call and and inform me of that fact, which allowed me to stay at home and get a little more work done.
