Lovely staff, Dedicated doctors very thorough with your health. I Would recommend as its simply excellent service. I appreciate Dr Kazi to pick the issues with my health and helping me get rid off it before its too late .Now my whole family is seeing this place as regular doctors.

My family have been using this medical centre for a year and a half now and we are very happy with the service. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, we always get an appointment when we need one and the doctors have all been great. Amazing really for a place that bulk bills too.

Attended my first appointment today and was very impressed. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and ensured i wasn't in too much pain while i waited. I saw one of the lovely female doctors who did not leave one stone unturned. I will be attending this clinic permanently going forward and have requested a transfer of files.

I currently attend the Sunrise Medical Centre and am happy with the service that I receive.
The doctors are always professional and willing to assist with any health concerns.

My experience was great, my elderly father had a fall and the staff, nurses and doctors were fabulous. Highly recommended Dr. Kazi as she was amazing and compassionate.

Rude front of house staff after waiting an hour I asked what was happening they told me that I will go in next a further 20 min wait saw the doctor tole me they forgot to book me in and then the doctor just rushed me through as I was an addition. Very poor medical service

Rude front of house staff and AWFUL doctors. I would avoid this place - would not even go in if I was desparate. Both myself and my husband attended this medical centre over the 4 years we were living in the area and we were always unhappy. Waiting times even when you make an appointment are at least 1hr +. But the service from the doctors just got worse and worse. At our last appointment we had a quick form with us which our private health insurance needed our GP to sign. He refused to sign it even though we were doing nothing wrong - he just had to sign to say we originally came to him for initial consultation of our problem - he just got angry told us he didn't want to be involved (???). I ended up in tears over this. I wrote to my health care fund and they also couldn't believe it - they agreed to process our claim without his signature luckily (see Peoplecare they are AWESOME)!

The doctors there are very rude and tend to treat you like an idiot. I went to one of the physios with a torn muscle and not only did he tell me my chronic spinal condition I've had since birth was just a myth, but actually made the muscle tear worse.

It is good that they're open later than most medical centers, but to be honest from now on if it can't wait until morning I'd rather go to hospital from now on.

Ok service, convenient with lots of doctors. However, my family and I have attended for many years (they're local and open 7 days/week) and have found that while the doctors seem to do their jobs, most are a little aloof and don't seem to have genuine interest in their patients. Parking is available at the front.
