I bought a voucher for $29 on Groupon for wash,cut ,blow dry and treatment whatever it means .Owner said it is in fine print if its hair longer then shoulder length she wants $20 extra which I refused and she said ok then no blow dry .I was in and out in 20 minutes and didn’t look any different.Never again

The best highlights and cut I’ve ever had. And it didn’t break the bank. I’m mourning my mother but desperately needed a makeover for her funeral. I liked the way Sarah is super friendly, but she can read the room. She was not chit-chatty in my face…. Like other hairdressers I’d never go back to. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back for root touchups.

I read the reviews and was apprehensive but they were on the eyelashes. I hadn’t been to a salon in years.
I started with a 1/2 head of foils then felt comfortable with Sarah to do a style cut.
She went over and above styled and curled. My hair looks and feels amazing. So good I’ve now booked in for facial tomorrow. I’m on holidays time to treat myself with a professional and welcoming salon. Thank you.

Had a facial, massage and eye brow threading.

Sara the owner told me that her beautician had a special touch and she was right.
Facial was Devine she really knew what I needed. The products were luxurious and my skin is glowing. I asked for some massage as my back was in pain.
I walked out again feeling refreshed.

Being a single mum living a hectic lifestyle I have decided I need a monthly visit. Thank goodness they are reasonably priced.

I definitely recommend Sarah for eyelashes. I have been going to her for about 18 months now and I have been happy every time. I don't know what went wrong to the two unhappy customers that wrote negatively in their product reviews and I was shocked to read them but I can tell you my experience has always been positive ... 100% of the time.

Sarah does not do cluster eyelashes that I know of and never once has she even suggested for me to have them. I am not in and out in 15 minutes, she takes careful attention in making my eyelashes perfect. They also last longer than any other technician I have had do them since I began having eyelash extensions approximately 5 years ago.

Sarah is sweet and obliging and never have I felt uncomfortable with her work. She never pulls out my eyelashes if one or two have gone astray... I would not stand for that as every eyelash is naturally important to me.

Sarah is a working mother who works hard to make a living and she deserves full credit for her professionalism.

I am writing this review today as I felt it was time to do so, credit where credit is due. Sarah is a good girl and I recommend you give her a go and no doubt you too will want to be a long term customer of Sunshine Hair Studio for eyelashes and other beauty treatments.

I would never ever recommend this salon for eyelash extensions. I had them done and they were rushed only took 30 mins in and out. I tried to ask [Redacted personal identifier] a question and was rushed out the door and told not to worry about it. Two days later my eyes were red and so sore I had to get them off. I wish I had taken photos but was more worried about my eyes. I spoke to them 3 days later when they reopened and asked for a refund but have been refused. Then a staff member [Redacted personal identifier] was put on the phone who tried to bully me and was very rude. However, they want me to take down my review. Not happening. Then [Redacted personal identifier] replied to the review to call them to discuss refund which I did but she still refused unless I went in. I told her I won't be going in as I won't be bullied face to face. This has made me very distressed and if I did take photos I would have taken this to fair trading, etc. please stay away from Sunshine Hair Salon! You get what you pay for!

I purchased a voucher for eyelash extensions. Was told that the eyelash extensions were individual and when she finished (after only 15mins!) I saw that they were clusters and horribly placed. I asked her to adjust them and she cut my eyelashes instead of redoing. I was in a bit of pain afterwards due to the lashes being glued onto my skin. The next day I went to a lash technician elsewhere to have them removed as I didn't trust them to remove them safely. The technician took an hour to remove them due to the glue that was used. She told me that some of my lashes had been pulled out and others cut short. I asked Sunshine Hair studio for a refund in exchange for not leaving a bad review and was told yes and to send my bank details. After follow up messages I have yet to receive my refund. Do not get eyelash extensions from here!!!!
