Broke my left arm a few weeks both, they put on the cast and the week after we found out that my bone shifted out of place. They said they were going to call us this week for surgery but its been over a week. I am at the risk of eternal bleeding

Avoid at all cost. They don't have records of the surgery they preformed on my mum. When I ask for details in person, each nurse gives me a different response. Prior to this i called them at least twice, emailed three times and no response.
I how no idea how they still operate.

Had cardiac CT Scan today was so nervous as am scared of needles but the cardiac department nurses were super understanding and made me feel so relaxed as they did everything to relax me and their attention to patients is outstanding big thank you to all you guys keep up the good work

Our adult daughter admitted ICU with seizures despite being obviously frenetic at midnight, she was tested, diagnosed accurately n treated over 36+ hrs. Drs Matt n Brendan not only highly medically competent but took time to inform n include us. Ditto for wonderful nurses - Allison, Liz, Nicole n receptionists. Dismayed to hear these wonderful, service oriented professionals get brick bats!! Could not fault highest standard of care for patient n interstate parents. Go you good things.

I would like to thank the nurses in ward 3E they have been soo good to my husband especially kesiah Ford she has been so patient with my husband and respectful and of course the rest of the teams. I would like to say thank you.

The waiting time period to be seen from a midwife their is unbelievable three times I’ve been their and have waited for so long I get this covid shit has messed a lot of things up but when your on time for your appointment make sure it’s not hours later until your been seen I anit going back their ever specially when you take the time out of your work days to have that day off I could of went to work if I had known how long I would of waited I rather be paid work hours then sit at a hospital for hours just my review on the hospitals here and how they are run

No stars. My mother died in transition fromthe oncology ward. Neglected on several occasions by the department, she had 2 falls on the same day ,we were not informed until 7 hours later. 17 phone calls in a row with no answer from the main desk. . Communication from the ward was non existent unless I insisted on them calling me back. Mum stopped eating the food( it was of a poor standard)she felt she was over medicated , then as she was dying they moved her to another ward, sadly this disorientation could have led to an anxiety attack during her death. Please revisit the core values of nursing, Compassion and care and improve on this in your oncology department. Our( and mums experience) was beyond disappointing. Hopefully this feedback will help by addressing areas for improvement in the future.

I have given brith to 4 of my childern here. They are friendly, easy to find, great parking. FAST service. I had to take my oldest child her with a cut finger from a tape mesure. They didnt muck around and had him seen with in 30 mins. He had to go on the gas for stitchs and he didnt even know. They very helpful and help you stay calm at the worse of times. I travel 40 mins to give brith here as the werribee is hospital is useless

I've been here afew times due to my broken arm and it was great to see a progress over the 3 months with the help and assistant of sunshine hospital. But that was awhile ago. I took my mum to hospital not so long ago and the waiting time was just so disappointing. We had to wait for 5 hours in the emergency room. But once the time was over the assistant and help from this hospital was exceptional.
