Always a good movie experience. The staff in Gold Class go to every effort to make you feel comfortable. They also make sure that they are unobtrusive during the film when they are delivering food and drink.

It wasn't actually too bad. You might need to give it a bit of a clean here and there, but overall i had a great movie experience. If you want to see real disgusting cinemas, go to Hoyts at Highpoint. I've been going here for years and it's been great! The ticket prices are alright but the candy bar prices are ridiculous. Service isn't very good, they take a long time to get the popcorn ready when there's already some at the bottom. A lot of the staff at the candy bar just stuff around and don't actually serve people. The ticket line is always pretty bad and never have enough staff are attending the ticket stations.

We don't go to see a movie every other week, but when we do go we like to go in style and that means Gold Class. Sunshine is our closest complex and thus far we have not been disappointed with the service or surrounds. OK, there are masses of people gathered at the entrance to the overall complex / shopping precinct and it stinks of cigarette smoke when you leave .. but in the Gold class waiting area and cinema it's all good.

not happy with quality of service offered. we were watching a movie and there was a power failure which meant all the cinema screens were turned off. we understand that this happens however we were not happy with the way management dealt with this. there was no communciation on what was going on, and when they did finally make an annoucement everyone was tired of waiting. they said that they would hand out free movie passes so that people could come back another day to watch the rest of the film. we waited in line for about 20 mins but left in frustation as the line was no going any where. will not return to this cinema again.

Expensive, they don't honor certain promotions or deals or promotional tickets. Used to be nice and clean and now it's dirty and gross. Not a fan at all. If the experience wasn't so bad maybe people would stop downloading... just a thought! The only good thing is the Gold Class but still too expensive...

Everyone likes going to the movies, well village cinemas in sunshine is a great place to loose yourself for a couple of hours or so.Well these days it is quite a costly affair to go to the cinemas. From the price of the tickets to the crazy prices they charge at the candy bar you need to be prepaired.
the cinemas themselves are quite nice stadium seating, arm rests that fold up & cup holders but thats what all cinemas have these days.
Being a 18 cinema plus they have enough room to cater for everybodies film needs.

Cinema opened fairly recently, however they have started to go downhill. Rarely enough staff to cater for volume of customers, not to mention the inflated prices at the candybar! Furnishings getting increasingly shabby, films often don't start on time and once I didn't even get any trailers!

Approximate cost: $15.00
