Hubby and I went to Mitre 10 Caloundra and was in the shop for over 20 mins(1or 2 other customers there) and never asked could they help us out. When we asked about a catalogue special we were told to go to Nambour as they didn"t have it.Poor service and we will not be back there in a hurry. Could take lessons from staff at Bunnings.

I have always been happy with the service etc at Sunshine Mitre 10 in Caloundra. They are in the street behind bunnings, but if I want good advice and I am in a hurry, I go to mitre 10, they seem to have quite a few staff, and have always been able to answer any questions I have. I shopped there about two months ago, as the toilet at home was leaking and I went to mitre 10 to figure out how to fix it. The guy that served me was great, he told me what he thought the problem was and showed my what I would need to buy, I took it all home and ended up fixing the toilet and I think that it has saved me heaps compared to if I had had to ring a plumber.

I have been here to buy things lots of times, the staff have always been helpful and have cut timber to size etc
