I'm extremely happy with the level of professionalism and helpfulness in buying my first brand new car. It can be quite a nerve wracking experience but Sunshine Toyota staff made this a very smooth journey.

I needed to have my car serviced urgently before undertaking a long drive to Port Douglas and back. Sunshine Toyota was able to arrange an Express Service which was done while I waited in the customer lounge. The overall service and customer experience was excellent. Well done Sunshine Toyota.

Phil was most helpful in explaining all the features of the various Aurions in the range, demonstrating how they worked and assisting us choose what would best suit our needs. He was attentive in his follow-up with us and, along with other members of the sales staff, kept us well-informed about the progress of our vehicle manufacture.

If the answer to my question was not known, Dan sourced the correct answer without question and reported back within minutes. Nothing was too much trouble. He made the process of purchasing a pleasurable experience. Bright energetic staff in all areas who were always ready with a smile and willing to assist in any way they could.

This is the fifth car we have purchased with the same salesperson and he makes us feel like part of the family and it has been a pleasure buying all the cars from Sunshine Toyota. This vehicle was bought for our son and they were more than happy to assist in making this a big surprise and special for his first new car.

As I've never bought a car before without the help of my Dad, the prospect of undertaking this on my own was all a bit scary. However I was instantly put at ease by Jon's easy going, friendly approach in making the whole process as stress-free as possible. As a rule of thumb - car salesmen aren't exactly at the top of my Xmas card list (ha), but Jon wasn't pushy at all. I would even go as far as saying Jon is 'too nice to be a car salesman' (ha). Any time I had a question, Jon was more than happy to help me out. The only thing I regret is saying 'yes' to a test drive in a GTS because then i wanted one! A very clever tactic on Jon's part, because he very nearly got me to buy one! Maybe next time Jonathon? Thanks again. Buying a car ended up being quite painless - even enjoyable!

He gave me informative tips about my Rav4 in addition to the vehicle (86)that I intended to purchase. Barry was always available at short notice when I had queries,and was genuinely happy to help -he was very approachable, pleasant and knowledgable.
I think the toyota staff were as excited as I was (about my delivery)! I did not expect as comprehensive a run through of the features and workings/maintainence of the vehicle at delivery ,and was surprised at the level of post delivery support.
This 86 is the eighth toyota vehicle that we have purchased over the last 40 years- all the vehicles have been of high standard , and the salesteams have been very good.However, the experience at Sunshine Toyota has been without peer,for me- Congratulations!
