The sales approach was excellent – not pushy – informative. Offered the use of the car to test drive. Picked up test driven car from our house saving a return trip down to the car dealership. Paperwork quickly made available. Basically a darn good person. During the delivery, the presentation of the car and run through of the car's features and operation was good and no rush. My sales person was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I am very pleased with the dealer's service.

The service provider took the time to discuss the running of my vehicle with me. He gave me tips on tyre rotation and discussed the current and future services. Then upon leaving he left some sweet treats to enjoy. I love the mobile service because it is so convenient especially as I don't live or work near the dealership.

From the moment I drove into the car service area I was greeted warmly, the car was taken for the service and I was directed to the customer lounge. I was offered to be driven to the place of my choice (shop etc), but I elected to stay in the comfy lounge. I was shown how to make myself a cup of coffee of my choice. In what seemed like not time at all, I received a text message telling me my car was ready. Everyone was very helpful and courteous – thank you.

My expectations were exceeded as I found information on the car I didn't know about. Mitch was the salesman I spoke to first and his help was greatly appreciated.

My sales person was Charlie Brown at Sunshine Toyota Currimundi. Charlie was extremely honest and efficient. I have already provided her details to a number of friends looking at buying a new car. I dealt with Kim for my delivery. She was very friendly and everything was organised and ready prior to my arrival.

My expectations were exceeded by the fact that Jonathan did his up most to locate me a white vehicle as requested and continually kept me posted with how things were progressing. I was giving a thorough rundown on how to use the vehicle I was purchasing and given the opportunity to ask questions that I might have. The staff were always very polite and helpful.

I live in Brisbane, the dealer is at the Sunshine Coast. The dealer sent the service agent to my address in Brisbane to complete the service. I am sure, at some significant inconvenience for them, but very convenient for me. 10 out of 10.

I asked about bolts for our driver's side floor mat, because we had our ones from our previous Yaris, and the advisor sourced them and had them fitted for us. We have been going to Sunshine Toyota for 5 years now and have found the service advisors and the dealership fantastic. This is our second Yaris we have purchased through this dealership.
