Horrible warehouse/delivery service. Very problematic since the store branches share a warehouse.

Purchased at their Braybrook store. It was a good experience. Delivery, though, was a totally stressful experience.

So far, I've had four deliveries for one sales order. Not one has gone right.

1st delivery - forgot to bring one carton for the king bed. Some items were also damaged, which I had to send back.
2nd delivery - Delivered the missing carton but for a queen bed (not king)
3rd delivery - Didn't deliver in the time frame promised (time frame was promised to make up for all the mistakes in first two deliveries)
4th delivery - They scheduled it but they didn't show up. Didn't even notify. I waited all day.

I called first thing next business day to find out what happened. The person said, "I'm sorry about that. Would you like to reschedule a delivery today?". It was very businesslike. Like it happens all the time.

I asked the person if he can make me the first delivery and to give me a time frame (since I need to go do what I didn't get to do on the day they were supposed to deliver). He said he'll call me back in a few minutes. He didn't call back and I had to call the Braybrook store to get a time frame.

I'm expecting two more deliveries (including the one where they didn't show up). I'm now preparing for more stress.

p.s. One item (a buffet table - part of a set) was rescheduled to be delivered a month late. They said it was due to shipping delays. Good thing it wasn't the bed.

Large range of furniture and homewares, little over the place, staff is plenty and always available. Plenty of parking. Delivery times a little long. Finance options great for a lot of people, however a great place to shop with a big variety.
