My name is Alan Pursell and I have a disability which I can't help that but anyway I came in the store on 9th December 2020 to look for a particular item for my 4WD and I got laughed at from the staff which I probably would concern because of the way I look or because of my disability that I suffer from I don't know but it made me feel I wasn't welcomed in the store and it made me think about where the customer service gone and also made me think about not coming back ever again if I keep getting treated this way from the staff and also made me think that I will go to a different store where I can get treated with respect and treated like a customer service it just made me felt unwelcome from that staff person I eventually did get some help from a different person worker but once I got laughed at I felt like just leaving and not worrying about it.

Generally find what I am looking for here, great range of car seat covers, also dash mats, if they do not have one for your car, they will order in for you. Good range of mobile phone/ipod holders and chargers. love to browse the extensive range of car goods that they have. I always find the staff helpful and obliging.

this store is okay for most parts for your car - the staff are very young and dont always know what you are talking about.
