Excellent! Wonderful staff that are happy to help and a huge range of good quality products. But why my family loves this store so much is that they put the animals first. I wish more stores would take as much care as this one does, for the welfare of the creatures they sell. We are super impressed with the aquarium section (where they thankfully don't let kids bang on the tanks) - especially the betta fish set-up, very ethical and the fish are always healthy. Would recommend highly.

I have spent a considerable amount of time chatting to the staff about problems I was having with fish and the staff are always happy to help. Unlike another aquarium I visited on Bell St, who were only after my money. Glad to have a shop like this in my area. Thumbs up from me.

Definitely a store to visit! I have never received such great service at a pet supplies store before. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. My dog had severe skin issues, and after taking the staff's advice and putting him onto a more suitable diet, his skin has cleared up 100%.

On top of this, the store is very tidy and products are easy to find. The prices are much lower than some of the bigger chain stores. Even my dog is allowed in the store!

A staff member yelled at my daughter and made her cry because she went into the aquarium area without me and tapped on the glass of the fish tanks. I admit my daughter was doing the wrong thing and I didn't see the supposedly "big" sign about the aquarium rules (it was actually an A4 sheet of paper) that said kids shouldn't go in without an adult. BUT how about treating customers, even 6-year-old customers with a bit of respect. There's no need to yell. How about a gentle reminder that fish can be scared or something! Use it as a chance to teach a child how to treat the fish instead of making her so upset she cries. I'll never shop here again. There are plenty of other pet supplies places locally that I can go to instead and they welcome children.

The staff at this pet shop have been great at giving me advice regarding my new puppy. They are always happy to help, even on the rare occasion that I go in and don't buy but just seek advice (although usually I end up buying something - I can't help myself!). Their prices are generally the RRPs so don't expect a bargain, but their great range and helpful advice encourages me to buy from them rather than seek out cheaper products online.
